The outside looks cozy, but the inside is sterile looking. A much better interior could be made using wood. Counters are too narrow. Tile is too busy and out of place with the furniture and cabinets. The cabinets are metal - cold looking.the ladder takes up space without providing storage. Change it to stairs - move the wall back. Washing machine in hallway? And no place to fold clothes. The interior misses by a long shot. Let a woman design the interior.

Put a half bath upstairs and make the downstairs bed a Murphy bed so the room can accommodate dining and living space and the kitchen enlarged some.

It would be nice to see the real thing. This 3-D type is too unrealistic.

There's small and there's too small. LOL Definitely couldn't live in this full time, as I usually seek in these houses a small living solution. However, this makes a killer guest house.

Sorry, but if it were mine to build, I would extend the living room, master bathroom and dining area out another 5 feet to add a bathroom to the master with just a shower, and have a kitchen I could actually cook in. Cost would just be the 2 lateral exterior walls (less porch) and finish work interiorly. I live in a place where you can only be outside 2 to 3 months out of the year and even then the mosquitoes are so bad you would never entertain outside without screaming in that porch.

To much glass, need a fireplace but other then that nice floorplan. ❤❤😅😊😊💚💙🌟👍
